Introduction
The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It has the following types:80 type,150
type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In
order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing
and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.
Features
1. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck suspension operation design, so that the bottle in the high-

liquid level automatic control, no bottle no filling, no bottle no feeding cover functions etc, even with the
dial bottle star wheel clamping dislocation shutdown, stopping when lack the covers etc
6. Magnetic torque is used for screw cap, cap screwing, grasp. Torque stepless adjustable, the sealing is
